You can try the public beta now, which means you’ll help Apple test the software before its final release in September.

However, once you install the beta, it’s tough to go back to regular software—and there may be bugs that impact daily use.

My recommendation for most people is to wait. But if you’re adventurous or have a second device, go for it—just make sure to back up your phone first, since you’ll need to erase it completely if you want to revert.
