Rove is basically a gas station for electric cars

A company named Rove is building fancy EV charging stations with Gelson’s mini-marts and lounges with free WiFi. They're like gas stations for electric cars, but with better food and places to relax while you charge. The first location is in Santa Ana with several more planned throughout California.
