Google PhotoScan - A free app that lets you “scan” your photos by taking several pictures of them and it uses AI to stitch them together; works even if they are in frames or behind glass. App hasn’t been updated in a few years but still works.
Photomyne App - Another, more frequently updated app that lets you scan photos, slides and even negatives with your phone to digitize. Some features are free, but you might have to pay if you have a lot to scan.
