AI-Powered Death Clock Predicts Your Final Date
A viral AI-powered Death Clock App claims to predict when and how you’ll die by analyzing factors like age, health, habits, and lifestyle choices.
The app leads you through a series of questions, like how often do you workout, whether you experience “significant stress,” as well as sleeping and drinking habits. Some are a bit more medical-specific, like your estimated cholesterol and blood pressure readings.
The site includes a disclaimer stating that the results are for entertainment purposes and should not be taken as scientifically accurate.
At the end of the questionnaire, you’ll get a shareable page with a “save the date” that shows the day and age you’re expected to die. It also tells you the ways you’re most likely to die, how much time you have left in years, days, hours, minutes and seconds.
How did I feel after taking the questionnaire? It’s unsettling to see a number—and a date—attached to your final day. But it’s also a wake-up call—a reminder that while you can’t escape the inevitable, you might be able to push it further into the future.
If this all seems a bit morbid, the app also offers up suggestions on how to live longer, including a paid subscription with a personalized longevity plan.
